- The location of the site — the sub-district and the regency or city is enough.
- Plot area in square metres, and its dimensions if you know them.
- Whether the land is owned, being considered, inherited, or something else.
- Whether there is already a building on it, and whether it would be kept or removed.
- The rooms you need — for example: three bedrooms, one guest room on the ground floor, a workspace for two, a separate wet kitchen.
- The construction budget range you have prepared, if you have one.
